TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them. You also must be 18+ years old.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.

I DO
• Furry and other non-human races (like sergals, protogens and etc.), ferals, dragons, chibi, fanarts and other (SFW and NSFW)I DO NOT
• Most of fetishes, gore, underage characters in sex/erotic scenes, hyper bodies / body parts, feral / anthro + feral NSFW, humans, complex backgrounds, complex clothing, armors, military/aerospace equipment

PAYMENT AND PRICING

• For this moment I can accept the payments via Boosty / EasyStart only.• Payment must be the full amount up front. I will not begin work on your order without full payment in advance and the deadline will only be counted from the moment I receive full payment.• If the amount exceeds $500, then we can go with the payment plan. Payment plan must be discussed to make it comfortable for both of us.• You also can't just send me money without discussing the details of the art and payment plan, it will be considered a donation and will not be refunded.• After the first payment you will be placed in my queue, but your place in line can change if there is an active payment plan.• If I need to cancel the commission due to events in my own life I'll find the way to give full amount back.• In case you have already paid, the art isn't started, but after somehow violated my TOS, I will also look for ways to refund you but minus all fees, conversions and expenses. The services I use for payment don't have a “refund” button. I'll have to ask people I know who have a working paypal or card with international payments. This is why it is very important to discuss everything in advance!

ABOUT THE COMMISSIONS

• Until I start you are free to change your commission or character but please change the idea to fit the price.• I will work with you only if you have a reference or pre-existing art with your character. Descriptions are accepted only if the character is very simple. In the event that you provide me with a few art works with your character - I am not responsible for mistakes in color, especially if this part of the character is missing from the provided art. In such cases, please add a description to the artworks.• Please be brief with the description of your commission, only important details and references.• Additional body parts / closeup / Xray / alt versions and other extra details is add to the price.• If you took a commission with your friend, please decide which one of you will do the communication. This will allow us to avoid misunderstandings and I'll be more comfortable working without duplicating information.

THE PROCESS

• Completing your commission can take from a week up to 2-3 months.• Commissions are completed in the order of my queue.• Please tell me if you want to see WIP of your commission. I do not provide more WIP pictures than the initial sketch unless you ask specifically.• I don't provide PSD files.• When I finish your commission it will always postes to my gallery and I'll send you a link or a file to download the full size. If you want the drawing to be individual and not presented to public is +100% of the price. Why? With every new drawing I'm building my client base.

RIGHTS

• The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, any prints for yourself and friends etc.)! I also don't plan on making money from your commissions, but I reserve the right to upload them in my social media, print them in artbook or use in portfolio if I ever have the opportunity and desire to do so. I will never recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours.
If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.• I also reserve the right to decline your commission.

FUN FACTS

• Always check the examples of the art style before the order, I have plenty of them.• You can take the commission with my characters, some of them can be used for NSFW.• Sometimes the art can get more detailed if I'll have fun in the process• I don't draw detailed fur/scales all over the body. Only small accents such as cheeks, chest, tail, hair and other little places.• If at the sketch stage you do not understand any detail, you can ask me to draw it more clearly.• I can provide you a version of your order without background or shading (for full colored arts), or Black&White version for colored painting style. It's free, just ask.• I also may not post the art for a while if you purchased it as a gift. This is being discussed, I can wait up to several months. It's free too.• The last not really fun fact is that I have anxiety and I don't really love to communicate with peoples without any reason. If you don't have an active order and just want to talk - please find another person for this. For the active orders I'm trying to be as active as I can but still about buisness only.
